I specialise in weight management and cultivation of healthy eating habits. I align my expertise with the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN). In my practice, I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every individual. As a result, each meal plan I create is personalized to meet your specific needs. Our journey together commences with a comprehensive interview, where we delve deep into your goals, current eating habits, and daily lifestyle.
