Marcelina Winkiel
Nutritionist & Certified Yoga Teacher

YOGA TEACHER

A devoted 200-hour certified yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra. Every class is designed to bring a state of profound relaxation towards the end. My teaching style is characterized by inventive sequences and correct alignment, where I skillfully work with the transformative power of the chakra system. I integrate various pranayama (breathing exercises) into my classes, fostering a deeper connection between the body, mind, and soul. A unique aspect of my sessions is the opportunity for students to choose their preferred essential oil, adding an aromatic dimension to their practice. I hold a firm belief that every individual is special and unique. As such, I approach each student with a personalized touch, recognizing and honoring their distinct needs. My ultimate goal is to instill a sense of freedom and spaciousness in both the mind and body, extending the  benefits of the practice far beyond the confines of the yoga mat.

Nutritionist

I graduated with a first-class honour from London Metropolitan University holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. Specialising in weight management and the cultivation of healthy eating habits, I align my expertise with the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN). In my practice, I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every individual. As a result, each meal plan I create is personalized to meet your specific needs. Our journey together commences with a comprehensive interview, where we delve deep into your goals, current eating habits, and daily lifestyle. I see my role as that of a guide, opening the door to your own unique path. However, it is you who holds the key to unlock the door and embark on a journey to optimal well-being.

LEVEL II REIKI HEALER

Reiki has its origin from Japan and is a practice that involves energy healing by using a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing. The word “Reiki” is derived from two Japanese words: “rei,” meaning universal or higher power, and “ki,” meaning life force energy. Together, Reiki can be translated as “universal life force energy.” Through hands-on techniques, I assist in balancing your energy, addressing potential blockages or imbalances that may contribute to physical or emotional discomfort. Reiki is known for inducing a deep state of relaxation, helping individuals manage stress and promoting a sense of inner peace. Each Reiki session is tailored to your unique needs and experiences to address specific concerns and promote a sense of being cared for on a deep level. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions, fostering a sense of trust and openness.
